For Automotive Classifieds Users;
-You agree to be of legal age in your jurisdiction to utilise CarSwap
-You acknowledge everything on the CarSwap platform is CarSwap IP
-You are responsible for your use/actions on the CarSwap platform
-You acknowledge that public listing information may be seen by others
-You acknowledge that we have the right to store all account and listing data
-You acknowledge that you will treat other CarSwap users with care and respect
-You acknowledge general fair terms and conditions of CarSwap use
-You agree in that none of CarSwap information (website, app, etc) can be used against us
-You authorise CarSwap to connect you with other vehicle owners in the marketplace
-You authorise CarSwap to represent you in order to find more vehicles for you to buy/sell/swap with
-CarSwap strives to ensure that material on our platform is accurate
-CarSwap is not liable for any incorrect or unapproved use of our platform
-CarSwap material is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws
-CarSwap activity is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia
-CarSwap reserves all legal rights

For LED Digital Billboard Users;
-No refunds on custom manufactured orders
-You’re receiving a SAAS product/service with data support for up to 5-years
-Late invoice payments which require manual follow up reminders will bear an additional $20 fee per week
-LED rental cancellations will bear a $100 + 20% booking fee, for replacement/opportunity cost
-Moving LED trailers will bear an additional $75 fee
-Removing LED installations will bear a $500 fee
-Media design pricing varies, please ask

For LED Digital Billboard Rental Users;
• CarSwap reserves the right to use 1x advertising slot, and to arbitrarily conclude bookings
• All hardware, software, parts, cables, and components (“Equipment”) provided in working order
• Client is liable and responsible for all Equipment from start to finish of subscription term, including any traffic fines given to the Equipment (MUST use clean power source — no generators)
• If Equipment is damaged/lost under Client’s care, Client must pay for the replacement cost (we advise all Clients to obtain insurance coverage and/or add it to their business or property insurance)
• We do offer a $150/mo “Damage Waiver” which relieves concern for the issues above (optional)
• If Client is responsible for pickup/delivery of Equipment, pickup/delivery must occur on the correct dates and within business hours, unless otherwise arranged in writing
• If Client is responsible for pickup/delivery and Client is late for return of Equipment, Client will pay an additional $90 per day until the Equipment is returned
• If Client has not returned Equipment within THREE (3) days of subscription end date, CarSwap reserves the right to retrieve hardware and charge Client $150 pickup penalty charge
• If Client needs cable protector ramps installed for the driveway, there will be a $90 charge
• If Client invoice payment is 2-weeks overdue, we reserve the right to turn off the display while charging
• Late payments which require manual follow up or reminders will bear an additional $20 fee per week
• 4x graphic designs will be done complimentary, and additional media may be provided at $25 per slide
• Client will have access for instant media updates, or we can do them with TWO (2) business days notice
• If Client cancels for any reason, a $100 + 20% cancellation fee will be charged (before/during booking)
• There is a $75 call-out fee if the Client needs any on-site technical support which includes the first hour, plus $50/hour for additional labour beyond the first hour, with TWO (2) business days notice
• CarSwap reserves the right to use 1x advertising slot, and to arbitrarily conclude bookings
